Hyderabad (Telangana), June 12 (ANI): Speaking on ICMR’s fourth round of national sero survey, which is schedule to begin this month (June), Director of Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Dr Rakesh Mishra on June 12 said a large scale of sero survey in the country will be very useful amid COVID second wave. “It helps us find out the infection rate and how many have anti-bodies, or how far are we from herd immunity. It will also tell us which part of the country has less positivity. It will also tell us about anti-bodies in people who are already vaccinated. A large scale sero survey in the country will be very useful,” said Mishra.
