The First Class Judicial Magistrate Court Kotdwar on Thursday postponed for 5 days the verdict on the narco and polygraph tests of the accused in the Ankita Bhandari murder case.
In his application, filed through advocate Amit Sajwan, Pulkit Arya presented a two-page application from jail in the Kotdwar court on Tuesday and demanded the police to ask questions not only related to the VIP and mobile but also six other questions related to Ankita in the narco test.

The Uttarkhand Police filed a chargesheet against the three persons accused in the murder of 19-year Ankita Bhandari in September and have submitted it to the Kotdwar Judicial Court on Saturday.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the Ankita Bhandari murder case will file a charge sheet in the court against the three accused this week, confirmed Deputy Inspector General (DIG) P Renuka, in charge of the SIT.
